that's one of the best things about the commercial awards shows or whatever they are - that you can see celebs in ads that you wouldn't ever see here in the US. i think that a lot of the time, people realize that they can make money overseas doing things that maybe they wouldn't live down here, and they go for it in the hopes that no one here ever sees it. oh well...

I love these! Ewan McGregor did a bunch of spots for a Japanese coffee drink a few years back. Hilarious and cute (but I'm biased since I love him, they're probably horribly cheesy too!)
