I've always had a complex relationship with New Year's Eve. On one hand, I love any excuse for a party, especially if attendees are encouraged to dress in theme with lots of sparkles. Plus there's always pressure to have the best night ever when in reality, most of us would like to be home and in bed by 12:01 (fellow millennials, you know it's true). That means there's little need to reapply, especially if you're out somewhere dark and with limited access to mirrors for a touch-up. My recommendation? A matte long-wear liquid lipstick.
