Woo hoo! I don't know about you, but I'm relieved the goth nail polish look is on its way out. The latest color from Essie Cosmetics is called Bachelorette Bash, $6.09. This shade is part of the new hot pink nail color Spring trend.
I happen to think that magentas, fuchsias and bright pinks are really cute, fun and fresh, although it definitely does remind me a little bit of the 80s! How do you feel about it? Can you see yourself sporting pink polish this Spring?

lilren, I was looking for that too! I don't like it at all. It just makes me think of those super orange-tanned wrinkly old women in Miami and South Beach, who always have bright pink nails. I am SO passing on this one! "Party like a rock star, pound like a porn star, play like an all star!"

I have bright magenta on my toes right now...its a pretty sheer color, even layered. Have been lots of compliments I think you really just need a sheer bright color instead of those opaque ones from the 80's

Bella- Im sorry but I really do not like the fact that there is not an I DON"T LIKE IT. Even with an UNDECIDED if any one wants to vote its kind of like forcing them to say yes. I think the poll question over all is good since hot pink is the new trend but I just don't like the forcing of the options

Heck yes! I'm wearing a hot pink shade by OPI right now. I only wear colour on my toesies though, and I didn't know it was a "trend". I need something to cheer me up because of this sucky cold weather we've been having.

I think it can look cute - I've worn a few times before, but having said that, you have to be careful what kind of clothes/accessories you're wearing WITH it b/c it can look really tacky really fast!

I don't know..In theory it sounds good..but bright colors are so much upkeep! I did the whole super dark nail polish thing this fall and at the sight of one little chip it looks horrible! I think bright pink would be the same way..I think I will stick to a classic french pedi, you can never go wrong with that!!

I like bright colors, especially hot pinks, but for my toes! And they have to have some shimmer. I really only wear shimmery colors. In winter, its deeper reds with shimmer. I wouldn't wear this on my fingernails, I agree, kind of 80's, plus its more upkeep. I like to clean, so my nails are always chipping. Clear coat or french mani for my fingernails.

I'm fine with them on my toes, but I tend to stick to more classic (and neutral) colors for my fingers.
