Oh, there's trouble in Hollywood. Lo and Lauren continue to drift further away from Audrina while Heidi goes after a promotion that will allow her to travel with work and subsequently escape from Spencer. On top of that, Lauren and Lo get a puppy and Stephanie kicks Spencer out of her apartment. But that's just the plot; I'm here to test how well you were paying attention to the hair and makeup.
