Funny story, yesterday i was at the dentist getting fitted for a crown, and she told me that once they had played a practical joke on a coworker who was getting a crown, she had taken a sharpie and drawn a smiley face on the temporary one, and the girl didnt notice till she got home, and than called them laughing....

I totally would if it was far enough back that you'd have to stretch my mouth open to see it! I think it's a neat idea, but I don't want to constantly look like I have spinach-in-the-teeth syndrome.

I think if I HAD to get a tattoo on my teeth I'd get a flower in the back, just because as a child "The Last of the Really Great Whangdoodle" was my favorite book, and he had a sweet tooth indicated by a flower. Other than that... I'll pass.

My friend's mom did this. She was a dental hygienist back in the day. She just got a heart one day when she went in. It's really small and I don't think it's anything special..

So basically they would destroy your existing tooth to insert a fake in its place.
